Give your signature a name, for future reference. I call mine “kaydeeweb”. Then click Next.
Type your new email signature in. (You can use the Font and Paragraph buttons to change the font type, colour and the size.)
Click Finish then OK.
Outlook will make the first signature you create your “default” signature and it should be automatically added to new email messages. To use it for replies as well, which I recommend, select it under Signature for replies and forwards. Then click OK again.
